This belongs in the fitspo/healthblr/thinspo world of tumblr.
Thank you David for saying what I want to say but making it funnier.

P.S. You are awesome :)
My dash is kinda dead so Reblog and I will follow you!
fitness bloggers who *only* celebrate the success of others in the form of them and everyone else becoming skinnier and skinnier are in my opinion just glorified thinspo blogs w/ a weight set lol like if you can’t appreciate that fitness and health comes in many forms and sizes and it isn’t necessarily just weight loss or being skinny then i don’t have time for ur shit. all ur doing is continuing to perpetuate the false bullshit idea that being skinny = healthy/happiness and makes your problems disappear. ive had enough of that shit shoved down my throat tbh.
I think it’s really important if you’re gonna be a fitblr you have to get educated! These are some of the best fitness/health documentaries:
10 Things You Need to Know About Losing Weight
- Feel free to add to this list!
I want to follow more people who haven’t reached their goals yet but who are working hard to get there. Also feel free to shoot me a message and we can motivate each other. We can get there together!
Please reblog if you are a FITBLR! Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey today, or you’ve been fit since the womb, I want to follow you!
Recovery blogs are awesome, pro-ED is not.
I’ll be following on my main blog, thatissofeytch :)
stop saying “skinny shaming is worse than fat shaming”
stop saying that “fat shaming is worse than skinny shaming”
it’s not a fucking competition, both are horrible, damaging and shouldn’t exist
Inspiration is external and motivation is internal. It is up to me to provide the switch and you to flip it on!
please don’t ever laugh at someone at the gym who’s lifting very little amounts of weight, or running only a little bit on the treadmill. don’t make fun of someone for putting a machine at the lowest weight or only bench pressing the bar (it’s already 45 lbs on its own). don’t laugh at the people who are just starting out or who physically can’t do too much weights or running or pull ups or squats or whatever. Everyone has to start somewhere
Is it just me, or is Tumblr a bit more confusing (and less funny) without the comment tree things?
